The real champagne of beers

Falls City brewed this style as early as 1912 when Master brewer Otto Doerr brought the style to Kentucky from his native land. This German wheat sour beer is kettle-soured with lactobacillus and fermented out with German yeast and flavored with the same hop variety, Cluster, as the original.
