You deserve good beer.

We have good beer.

The beer that makes us… well, us.

  • Classic Pilsner

This rendition of Classic Pilsner is based off of the original Falls City Pilsner recipe but has been updated for the modern beer drinker.

  • Pale Ale

Falls City’s take on an English Pale Ale was one of the best sellers of the original brewery. When the brand was resurrected and revamped so was the original English-style Pale Ale. We have made tweaks to the original recipe so that this one links our historic past with our present.

  • Hipster Repellant IPA

Hipster Repellant is brewed to celebrate hops. IPAs are a central tenet of the American craft beer scene, and the balance of a nice, malty backbone and pine hop characteristic reminds us of why we started brewing beer in the first place: to stand up and drink good beer.

  • Hazy Hipster IPA

Hazy Hipster is a New England-style IPA. A soft malt character of wheat and oats, with a citrus, tropical fruit hop aroma.

  • Sun Streak IPA

Sun Streak IPA is brewed with pale and honey malt with a touch of white wheat. This American IPA pours a bright, burnt orange color and is bursting with hop flavor and aroma. We dry-hopped Sun Streak with copious amounts of Sabro and Loral Hops giving the beer floral aromas and flavors with notes of tangerine, tropical fruit, coconut, and apricot.

  • Kentucky Common

Only three styles of beer originated in the United States. Luckily, for us, the Kentucky Common is one. Developed in the 1850s in our hometown of Louisville, this smooth brew is crafted with corn, barley and rye, similar to a bourbon distiller’s mash bill.

  • Moon Fuel

Our Coffee Stout gives a bold, robust chocolate flavor. Using Dogebean’s coffee beans during the fermentation. This stout delivers a complex layer of sweet and dry espresso flavor.

  • Lou City Kolsch

Lou City Kolsch is a traditional German Style Ale fermented at a colder temperature leading to a bright, refreshing flavor. Hopped with Tettnang hops from Germany, Lou City has a soft floral and herbal character balanced by a biscuity malt base.

  • Villey Beer

Villey Beer is a Light, American Lager brewed with pilsen malt and gently hopped with lemon drop hops. There are no frills here, just an easy drinking Lager!

  • Yoga Pants Weather

Brewed as a Harbinger of spring, Yoga Pants Weather is a lighter American sour ale. It is brewed with lemon peel and finished with lulo fruit. The lulo fruit, from Columbia, adds a citrus sour punch with hints of rhubarb and lime. Tart, crisp, and refreshing.

  • Sweater Weather

Our winter seasonal sour ale. Sweater Weather is an American Sour ale fermented with blackberries and vanilla. It is a little bit sweet and a little bit tart for your perfect companion this holiday season.

  • Pink Miata Weather

Our springtime seasonal, sour ale. Fermented with strawberry and guava puree. The beer pours a beautiful pink color, bursting with a sweet but tart taste and citrusy aroma.

  • Sunglasses Weather

  • Backyard Getaway

Backyard Getaway is a symphony of tropical delight and hoppy goodness, this Pineapple IPA is perfect for sun-soaked staycations and unforgettable moments with friends and family.

  • Couch Coach

Couch Coach is a thiolized hoppy lager. What does thiolized mean? It refers to the ability of the yeast strain used to transform the thiol precursor found in malt and hops unleashing an abundance of tropical aromas. Couch Coach is full of guava, passionfruit, and tropical citrus aromas, while also being an easy-drinking lager.

  • Rope-A-Dope

A strong, rich porter brewed with rye malt and aged in KY rye whiskey barrels with vanilla beans.

  • Fallz-Iskie

Fallz-Iskie is our version of the Polish beer Grodziskie. Made with 100% oak smoked wheat. Has a delicate smoke flavor and aroma, with high carbonation but low ABV. Light in color and body.

  • Bock Beer

Our seasonal March release. This traditional Bock Beer is brewed primarily with Munich malt and 100% Tettnang hops. This rich and flavorful Lager has notes of caramel, toffee, and roasted pecans with an earthy, floral hop bitterness to balance the sweetness. This style of beer comes out in the Spring during Lent as monks used to drink this during times of fasting.
