PARLOUR SMOKED BLONDE Style is Grodziskie, an oak smoked wheat lager from Poland. Historical style that is being revived in the USA. Highly carbonated, lower alcohol golden lager. Mild levels of hop bitterness and aroma. Has a subtle smoky character with sweet honey malt notes. 4% abv.
PARLOUR IPA Style is West Coast IPA. Bready malt notes with hints of biscuit. Light copper in color. Pleasant bitterness with hop aormas of sweet fruit and berries. 6% abv. A good beginner’s IPA!
PARLOUR RED This lager is a brilliant shade of deep copper red, with a fine white head. Malt nose of biscuit, honey and toffee. Malt-driven aroma, balanced with some bitterness and flowery aroma of the hops. 5.6% abv.
Falls City Beer Celebrates Dual Partnership with Louisville City Football Club and Racing Louisville
Falls City Beer has long been a partner of the highly successful Louisville City Football Club with a special annual brew and commemorative team focused design. Starting as the LouCity Golden Ale in 2018, transforming into a Kolsch Style Ale in 2020, you’ll see this collaborative beer has made its way back to a Golden Ale with a new look and name.
This year is even more special as Racing Louisville, the top tier NWSL club, is introducing their own brew as well in collaboration with Falls City. Falls City’s ‘City Light’ is a light, crisp and refreshing American Style Lager. It features a subtle lemon-citrus hop character that makes it the perfect game day companion.
When USL & NWSL Championship matches begin again, both Falls City beverages will be featured in Lynn Family Stadium as part of Louisville City’s goal of making local favorites available in their home stadium. The handles feature unique designs custom to each team. Look closely and you’ll see the City Light handle is accented in Racing Louisville’s signature Hounds-Tooth design mimicking a similar look on previous Racing Lou uniform kits worn by the top women’s league players in the world. Fans are going to absolutely love these!
