Pilsner
4.5% ABV | Rooted in over 100 years of brewing excellence, our Classic Pilsner is a tribute to the timeless craftsmanship that first put Falls City Beer on the map. Inspired by our original pilsner style developed in1905, this crisp and clean beer brings together Falls City lovers from ourbeginning to our present. Light and refreshing, with a crisp lager finishthat brings some malt sweetness and floral hop aroma.
Pale Ale
5.0% ABV | Falls City’s take on an English Pale Ale was one of the best sellers ofthe original brewery. When the brand was resurrected and revamped so wasthe original English-style Pale Ale. This beer features a malt forward basewith hints of caramel sweetness, balanced with a traditional English hop.
Hipster Repellant
7.0% ABV | Brewed to celebrate hops and is one of our top selling beers! IPAs are a central tenet of the American craft beer scene, and Hipster Repellant reminds us of why we started brewing beer in the first place: to stand up and drink good beer. A traditional West Coast IPA, with a bitter, dry finish that’s rich with citrus and pine hop aromas.
Hazy Hipster
6.2% ABV | A New England style IPA. Showcases a soft malt character. Hazy is brewed with only wheat and oats, making it full-bodied and rich with citrus and tropical hop aromas.
Kentucky Common
4.5% ABV | Did you know only three styles of beer originated in the United States? Luckily, for us, the Kentucky Common is one. Developed in the 1850s in our hometown of Louisville, this historical Kentucky beer is crafted with rye giving it a hint of malt spiciness, corn for dry sweetness, and barely malts to round out this light but complex ale.

Louisville City Goooal-den Ale
5.0% ABV | As the boys in purple storm down the pitch in search of their third star, give them a yell of support and raise a glass of this refreshing Golden Ale. This beer features citrus hops and rye malt. Let them know you’re all in for the City! Tailor-made for tailgates and soccer games.
Racing Louisville Light
4.5% ABV | Embrace the lightness, savor the game. Racing City Light is Falls City Beer and Racing Louisville’s collab beer. This refreshing and simplistic American Style Light Lager is an easier drinker. Its flavor is crisp with a delicate malt sweetness that meets a subtle lemon-citrus hop character, making it the perfect game day companion.
PARLOUR Smoked Blonde
4.0% ABV | Grodziskie is a historic oak-smoked wheat lager from Poland, now making a comeback in the U.S. This highly carbonated, low-alcohol golden lager features mild hop bitterness and aroma, a delicate smoky character, and subtle honey malt notes.
PARLOUR IPA
6.0% ABV | A great IPA for beginners! This West Coast IPA features a light, copper hue with bready malt notes and a touch of biscuit. It offers a pleasant bitterness balanced by tropical and stone fruit hop aromas.
PARLOUR Red
5.6% ABV | This lager is a brilliant shade of deep copper-red, with a fine white head. The aroma is rich with notes of biscuit, honey, and toffee, creating a malt-forward profile. A balanced bitterness complements the malt character, while delicate floral hop aromas add a refreshing touch.

Sweater Weather
6.0% ABV | Our winter seasonal, Sweater Weather is an American Sour Alefermented with blackberries and vanilla. You’ll notice a touch of sweetness with a refreshing, tart finish.
Pink Miata Weather
6.0% ABV | Our springtime seasonal Sour Ale. Pink Miata Weather is fermented with strawberry and guava purée. This beer pours a beautiful pink color and is bursting with a sweet but tart taste and citrusy aroma.
Sun Streak
7.0% ABV | This summertime American IPA pours a bright, burnt orange color and is bursting with hop flavor and aroma. This honey kissed, malt-based brew is layered with floral hop notes with hints of apricot and coconut.
OttoFest
5.8% ABV | OttoFest is our annual Festbier, honoring our original brewer, Otto Doerr. Hired in July 1905, Otto was the first brewer brought on to help fight the good fight against big beer in Louisville. OttoFest is rich and malty, featuring toasted grain notes with a mild hop bitterness.
